Without getting too “woo” the stories we tell ourselves inside our heads are what drives the results we see in the world, so feeling good about how we sell is very much an inside job. Quite literally the set-up of our mind influences all that we do. Sales strategy and all that I do with my 1:1 clients begins with a look at mindset i.e. the words you use to describe yourself, what the voice in your head says when nobody else is around, and checking which of those stories hold truth. For some of us there are some pretty long standing beliefs around what it means to be successful, to have money or to put yourself out there and sell.
